2016 – The Historic Opening of NMAAHC – #APeoplesJourney

History was made and we were there.  It was a blessing beyond blessings as to witness the history and culture as interpreted by the National Museum of African-American History and Culture was remarkable.

These Globetrekkers made history by making the journey to the inaugural opening of the National Museum of African-American History and Culture.  It started out as just two people but through the months and the weeks it grew and eventually to what is shown below.

Our theme was simple: witness history while partaking in a Foodie excursion.
